What are welding electrodes, and why are they used?
A unique technique is used when metals, thermoplastics, and wood need to be joined together. This is known as welding. Here, an oxy-acetylene or propane torch is used to generate a flame of high temperature. It melts the welding electrode, forming a strong seal or joint between the workpieces.
